We are here to bring your academic programming to life and offer a holistic approach to ensuring we are meeting all of your goals for students and the institution.
- Share Your Vision: consider the basics of the program setup, including your goals and student budget, and get in touch with us to discuss more details.
- Develop and Commit: Review and discuss Projects Abroad’s proposals and itinerary for your program, with your Custom Program Manager to ensure it meets your academic goals and budget
- Trip Launch: We’ll assist you with materials and the support you need to promote the program to your students
- Enroll Students: once your program is approved by your institution, start marketing and recruiting students with our support of enrollment experts
- Pre-Departure: Submit your list of enrolled students, attend a final itinerary walk-through, and complete an online pre-departure orientation.
- Go!: Projects Abroad staff welcome you on-site and provide an orientation upon arrival
- Return and Reflect: Meet with your Custom Program Manager to review and start planning for next year!
What’s included?
All of our custom faculty-led programs include accommodations, three meals per day, drinking water, in-destination transportation including airport transfers, weekend excursions, cultural and social activities in the evenings, project materials, and our staff support.
